Physical Therapy Insurance Information
At Vista Rehab Partners, we’re planning for your recovery — and we maintain in-network partnerships with a number of insurance plans. To determine your payment responsibility, please contact your insurance company or the office manager at the physical therapy clinic you attend. We will be happy to check with your insurance company before your visit to determine the terms of your coverage and benefits. As a courtesy to our patients, we will also file insurance claims on your behalf.
